Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, infrastructure, and DevOps, with expertise in tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Work with network engineering and operations teams to define and implement automation requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation playbooks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Document playbooks, workflows, and reusable automation modules.
  • Troubleshoot and support automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Perform maintenance and support activities, including troubleshooting, incident response, and patching.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automation, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
  • Knowledge of network architectures and configuration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with container lifecycle management and Kubernetes (on-premises or managed), with familiarity in Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Experience in infrastructure/network automation (e.g., Cisco ACI, network switches, F5, Checkpoint firewall) is an advantage.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, YAML.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, or other version control systems.
  • Familiarity with YAML, Jinja2 templates, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience & Certifications :
  • Knowledge of API Gateway, service mesh, and observability tools.
  • Experience in security automation (e.g., CIS hardening, vulnerability scanning).
  • Professional certifications such as:
    Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
    Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
    HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
    Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift
