Job Title: Space Planning Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Space Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interior design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.
- You will work closely with our designers to create innovative space planning solutions that take into account the client's specific requirements and preferences.
- With your expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, you will create detailed designs and presentations that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
- As a seasoned designer, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Your ability to manage projects efficiently and stay organized is crucial in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate office interior design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and influential to acquire best value from vendors
- Responsive and proactive with real passion for interior design
