Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Space Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement space planning concepts that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for optimal space utilization
* Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-4 years experience in retail, hospitality, and high-end residential design
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
