We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to lead our Innovation and Partnership team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of Open Innovation within our land transport ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to work with internal stakeholders to drive and curate relevant content for our Land Transport Innovation Portal.
- Manage and administer funding schemes to support open innovation activities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams on collaborative work and manage multiple priorities amidst demanding workstreams and timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a better appreciation of our needs and encourage partners to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as engineering, technology development/management, system integration, etc.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in leading roles within diverse teams on collaborative work.
- Strong command of English and good critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions with both internal and external stakeholders.
