Job Title: HR Generalist Assistant

Salary: SGD 40,000 - 55,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Generalist Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of company events, activities, and communication sessions to enhance employee engagement.

Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and setting up interview schedules. You will also support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order to promote a positive workplace.

As an HR Generalist Assistant, you will participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HR policy changes. May undertake an HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage employee and intern relations, including resolving concerns and issues
  • Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance
  • Contribute to the execution of HR projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Open-minded, organized, analytical, and quality-oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
  • Past internship experience preferred
