Store Assistant Manager

MAP Active Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store sales performance and coordinate in-store promotional activities
  • Establish weekly sales objectives for the store and personnel
  • Work with Sales & Operations Manager to achieve sales goals and ensure high-level customer service
  • Manage staff monthly duty roster and time sheet, planning and executing shift schedules
  • Manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store
  • Ensure store presentation of merchandise maximizes sales and reflects Converse Visual Merchandising direction
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Passion for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong follow-through capabilities
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
