Product Distribution Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Distribution Strategist to develop innovative sales ideas and optimize overall performance.


">About the Role:

">A Product Distribution Strategist will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing campaign strategies, and crafting product propositions that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the financial services industry.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimize overall performance
  • Develop and execute campaign and fulfillment strategies to maximize impact and engagement
  • Craft and fine-tune product propositions that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our offerings
  • Oversee the product mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and maintaining clear and effective dialogue with stakeholders

">Requirements:

">To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
  • Min 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with an aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships
  • Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential; familiarity with Canva and Adobe programs is an added advantage
