The Secur Solutions Group Pte Ltd is seeking Waterfront Safety Experts to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality at our beaches. As a key team member, you will ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lifeguard duties and maintain beach safety under the supervision of the Beach Patrol Officer.
- Provide immediate and effective first aid services whenever necessary.
- Deliver comprehensive and educational guidance on beach safety to our guests, promoting a culture of awareness and responsibility.
- Verify the legitimacy of delivery orders or prior approvals for vehicles entering the beach zone, serving as a sentry and upholding security protocols.
- Manage Beach 3 and oversee the operation of the intercom system, guaranteeing the continuous presence of Beach HQ staff during operating hours and handling general administrative tasks.
- Assume marine safety responsibilities, including collecting fish traps, conducting trawling activities, and performing other assigned maintenance tasks.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Requirements:
- Able to swim 200 meters in open water (a significant advantage).
- Possession of a Bronze Medallion from the Singapore Life Saving Society (an advantageous certification).
- Knowledge of First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) procedures (highly beneficial).
- Fluency in English communication.
- Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts.
- Enjoyment of outdoor and beach environments.
- A positive work attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and guest orientation.
- Training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
