Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Officer to join our team at APP Engineering Pte Ltd. As an Occupational Health Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees by overseeing and implementing our health and safety policies and procedures. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, developing and implementing safe work procedures, and providing advice and guidance to the Project Manager on EHS matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement safe work procedures in accordance with WSH Risk Management regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for project risk assessment and safety work procedures.
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Project Manager on EHS matters.
  • Lead workplace safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM (Construction & building related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a WSHO in the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore legal requirements and ability to interpret them.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
