Job Description

As a leader in delivery operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to clients. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you oversee a team of professionals responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supervisors, Client Managers, and Implementation teams to coordinate solutions for client issues and questions
  • Supervise and lead the delivery team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Coach and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures to maximize profit and productivity while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts adjustments and documentation in SAP
  • Assist Area Managers in programming, managing, and delivering routine and severe weather services
  • Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources to ensure compliance with programs and maintenance requirement plans
  • Respond to emergencies, organize remedial repairs, and coordinate with authorities to restore highway operations
