We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Compliance Consultant.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality regulatory compliance advice to our clients. Your expertise in the field of financial regulations and your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to our clients, including drafting policies and procedures, writing training materials, and delivering training sessions.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.
  • Support our clients in obtaining necessary licenses and registrations, and assist them in meeting ongoing regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive reports and compile regulatory returns and filings.
  • Respond to ad hoc and routine regulatory queries from our clients and provide solutions to complex challenges.
