Job Title: Senior BIM Modeller

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeller to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Create detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date building information models, including spatial data, materials, and properties.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that models accurately reflect the design intent and construction requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues related to model data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior modellers and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience with clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
