Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to play a crucial role in our building projects. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing detailed digital models of projects, including all structural, architectural, and MEP components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create accurate and detailed 3D models of projects using BIM software.
  • Ensure that all project models meet industry standards and client requirements, and are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with project teams to resolve design conflicts and coordinate building systems.
  • Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve any potential construction issues before they occur.
  • Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
  • Maintain BIM libraries and standards, and continuously improve modeling techniques and workflows.
  • Train and mentor junior BIM specialists.
  • Attend project meetings, provide technical support, and assist with project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in building projects.
  • Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
