About the Job

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge application infrastructure and tackle intricate, organization-wide problems. You will work on mission-critical systems, collaborate with top engineering talent, and leave a lasting impact on our global growth.

This role is based in Singapore.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A career in Software Engineering with strong capabilities in modern programming languages like Java, Python or Go. and practiced both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Sophisticated level knowledge with design and delivery of Enterprise Grade software with streaming data solutions like Kafka.
  • 8+ years of experience in modern engineering practices focused on continuous integration and quality engineering.
  • 3+ years of staff experience mentoring a community of engineers and leading the definition and execution of engineering strategy.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, solid understanding of OOP concepts.
  • Experience domain driven design and event driven architectures.
  • Extensive experience designing and building RESTful APIs. Familiar with modern API design principles and tools.
  • Cloud experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS (EC2, RDS, ELB, CloudFront, etc.) with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with observability tooling such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
