Highly Skilled Architectural Assistant Wanted

This role presents an exciting chance for individuals to work as architectural assistants in a dynamic environment. As part of the project team, successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in the completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to client and authority requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in architecture and possess 1-2 years of experience as an architectural assistant. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the project team in the production of all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project
- Coordinating with seniors to ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted and liaising with authorities for submission matters
- Assisting multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion under guidance
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Construction, BIM, Architect, Architectural, Drawing, Architectural Drawings, 3D, Interior Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, CAD, and Adobe Photoshop
