
Client Experience Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily servicing and processing activities to ensure high service levels and compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Coach and provide ongoing feedback to staff, identifying training needs and preparing developmental plans.
- Regularly review processes to ensure maximum efficiencies while delivering superior service quality and deploying high-quality controls.
- Establish effective working relationships with front office and operations management to jointly identify and resolve ongoing issues.
- Regularly review internal control and regulatory requirements to ensure effective controls are in place.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Manage services strategically to drive superior client experiences, business growth, and sales opportunities for the wider salesforce.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and safeguarding clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
