Senior Maintenance Engineer Position Available

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the engineering, maintenance and servicing of equipment and associated electrical and mechanical parts. This involves leading a team of Assistant Engineers and Technicians and general workers to ensure that maintenance works and services are carried out swiftly and in accordance with regulatory requirements to minimise disruptions to operations and ensure progression to meet project schedule.
This role acts as a first point of contact for complex repairs and works closely with clients and teams to address and resolve technical and engineering issues. The incumbent will develop and implement maintenance and engineering regimes, assess risks and their impact on the organisation, and solve day-to-day issues. Additionally, they will oversee the implementation of workflow improvements that may enhance client satisfaction and optimise the use of organisational resources.
Key qualities required for this position include strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and flexibility to work irregular hours. The successful candidate must also be prepared to work at various heights and have a keen eye for detail.
