Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex marine construction projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage marine construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and costing to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Oversee daily project progress, ensure milestones are met, and identify potential issues for timely resolution.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, coworkers, and site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve project goals under tight deadlines, utilizing strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Identify and resolve site or design issues effectively, minimizing delays and ensuring project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in marine construction.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, costing, and resource planning.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Experience with piling works (bore piling, sheet piling, RCD) is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and make sound decisions on-site, while maintaining good working relationships with clients, coworkers, and site teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and attend site meetings regularly.

The successful candidate will have a background in marine construction or civil construction works, with strong experience in piling (bore piling, sheet piling, RCD). They must be able to work independently and make sound decisions on-site, while maintaining good working relationships with clients, coworkers, and site teams.
