Network Systems Specialist Job Overview

This role involves providing operational support to network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues and conducting root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Implement and Test Network Infrastructure: Ensure optimal performance by designing, implementing and testing network infrastructure.
  • Manage Change Requests: Gather requirements, perform impact analysis and conduct thorough testing through the change management process.
  • Provide Technical Documentation Support: Offer assistance to project teams and hand over as-built system documentation to maintenance teams.
  • Respond Promptly to Incidents: Perform root cause analysis and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering:
  • Experience in Configuring and Administering Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Load Balancers:
  • Good Understanding of Network Systems, Architecture, Routing and Switching:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
