Job Title: Pet Friendly Cafe Manager

We are seeking a seasoned cafe manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pet friendly cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, handling customer service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality control.

  • Manage store operations, supervise staff and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement effective quality control measures.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising store operations, including management of inventory, supplies and maintenance of cleanliness.
  • Managing staff, providing training and development opportunities and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and employee performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
