Asia Influencer Marketing Lead

This key position involves developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive customer growth across a vast and diverse region in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage regional influencer campaigns, including campaign strategy, sourcing influencers, negotiating rates, managing contracts, reporting, and forecasting.
- Work with regional leads to explore and justify other influencer channels for growth.
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies to double down on growth and drive new customers.
- Become a regional product specialist within the team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs to drive customer growth. Regional expertise and demonstrable knowledge of the social media landscape, key channels, and influencer communities within Asia are essential.
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience managing influencers/talent/ambassadors in the financial technology industry.
- Understanding of affiliate programs.
- Additional language proficiencies - Chinese & English (fluent). Japanese (good to have).
