
Client Engagement Specialist

As a client engagement specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding and meeting their banking needs. Your primary objective will be to provide proactive support, identifying opportunities to enhance customers' journeys through digital platforms and cashless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their banking requirements and preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations on suitable digital solutions and services.
- Stay updated on the latest banking products and services to offer alternative solutions where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Be able to work for extended periods, including standing for long hours if required.
- Commit to a flexible schedule that may include working 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
