Job Opportunity:

As a compassionate nursing professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique requirements.
  • Evaluate patient responses to care interventions and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Work with allied health professionals and/or initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to established standards and regulations.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing learning and development within the team, participating in training and educational activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a supervisor to a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to conduct quality assurance activities, ensuring the provision of exceptional nursing care that meets the highest standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit diplomacy and tact when interacting with patients' next-of-kin.
