Job Description:

 The Private Banking Relationship Associate plays a vital role in the wealth management segment. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support RMs in sales activities for private wealth clients
  • Process and confirm trade executions with clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in new TD placements and renewals, maintaining strong client relationships
  • Facilitate the onboarding process of private wealth clients, streamlining their experience
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts and credit lines, providing expert advice
  • Handle all incoming calls to the Front Office common line, offering exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the main liaison between various units for private wealth transactions, ensuring seamless communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting RMs in wealth management segments
  • Excellent customer fronting skills, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
  • Possession of CMFAS and CACS papers is preferred
