Private Banking Client Service Specialist

This role plays a critical support function in assisting Relationship Managers to effectively manage Private Banking clients.
The Associate Business Partner will engage with clients, deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction, contributing to long-term client retention.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Support for Client Onboarding & Account Servicing: Assist RMs in the onboarding of new clients and managing account servicing needs.
- Administrative Support: Handle transaction processing, report generation, and manage sales/account information.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Support the development of Assets Under Management by cross-selling products and referring account opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Backup for RM: Act as back-up to ensure uninterrupted client service and operational consistency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all actions align with internal controls and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in private banking or financial services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
