Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a strong grasp of the assortment, internal processes, and commonly used tools and resources.
- Take full ownership of the demand planning S&OP cycle, including monthly forecast revisions, strike price management, and assortment analysis.
- Partner effectively with the SCO team to troubleshoot and resolve baseline forecast challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Category Planning and Sales Planning teams to provide actionable sales and forecast insights that help address category-specific issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SKU-level demand forecasting , with the ability to manage complexity across categories and regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a track record of identifying drivers of demand and correcting forecast deviations.
- Excellent communication skills , capable of conveying technical concepts and data-driven insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
