Financial Strategist

This role involves working as a key member of the finance team to support management decision-making and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with business unit heads to forecast revenue and expenses, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasting exercises.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management Reporting: Provide timely and actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- MIS Requirements: Design and implement data-driven reporting solutions to optimize business performance.
- Financial Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop forward-looking analysis on business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Annual Budgeting: Assist in the development of comprehensive budget plans and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
