Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Healthcare Support Specialist. This position is ideal for those who wish to make a positive impact in the lives of patients while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with day-to-day operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services by preparing examination rooms, assisting with basic procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, updating electronic and paper records as required.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling billing and cashiering duties.
  • Provide patients with information regarding health packages and general assistance.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients and team members.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software.
  • A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis.
