Responsibilities:
  • Lift, transfer, and transport patients as needed with caution and patience.
  • Maintain rehabilitation equipment and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by therapists to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Support department administration and operations with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • An outgoing, confident, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic.

  • Housekeeping and maintenance of a high standard.
  • Treatment and care of patients with dignity and respect.
  • Inventory management and organization.
  • Good communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Nursing care and support.
