Job Description:
- Drive sales growth by managing a diverse portfolio of commercial vehicles, encompassing internal combustion, electric, and hybrid models.
- Foster strong customer relationships to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Purchase pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
- Facilitate the selling process, including customer interaction, follow-ups, and addressing sales queries with confidence.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, vehicle-related issues, payments, and other matters are addressed promptly.
- Organize test drives, introduce new vehicles, and ensure seamless handovers.
- Provide comprehensive information on pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle details to customers and corporates, showcasing product knowledge and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive sales regulations, safety standards, and vehicle knowledge, driving business success.
- Prepare and compile weekly sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate, or automotive trade is highly desirable.
- A strong passion for the automotive industry, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills, with good listening abilities and presentation style.
- Presentable appearance, good phone mannerisms, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
