Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a culinary professional in a dynamic kitchen environment. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cook.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory management

Working Conditions:
- Non-aircon working environment
- Split shift daily: 10am – 2pm & 6pm – 10pm
- Weekend and public holiday shifts required
- Overtime may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues' absences
