Senior Mechanical System Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to take up the role of Senior Mechanical Systems Specialist.

The primary focus will be on defining project scope, identifying potential issues, and raising clarifications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems
  • Define project scope, identify potential issues, and raise clarifications as needed
  • Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications
  • Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders
  • Manage the construction drawing management forms
  • Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process
  • Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
  • Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets
  • Approve major equipment purchase requisitions
  • Manage and coordinate external design tasks for respective disciplines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in detail design of Mechanical Systems (ACMV, Chilled water plant, Building Services, Cleanrooms, etc)

Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other mechanical design tools is necessary.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Fluency in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
