Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide independent valuations of business and business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments for varied purposes such as transactions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring;
  • Conduct macro and micro economic and industry research;
  • Discuss business plan and transform into meaningful forecast assumptions with key management;
  • Develop financial models;
  • Prepare valuation reports;
  • Provide technical valuation support to other internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree qualification recognised by ISCA, or have the ACCA; candidates with or currently undergoing CVA will be a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;
  • Strong financial modeling skills;
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus to foster strong internal and external networks.
