Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of our next-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. As a key leader within our Media Health team, you will be responsible for driving the manufacturing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimized Test Coverage: Ensure that our HBM designs meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Product Development and Validation: Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify our next-generation HBM products to ensure they meet market readiness standards.
  • Support for New Product Design Validation: Provide technical support for design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues to drive cost reduction and meet yield targets.
  • Promotion of Innovation: Drive innovation and propose changes to maintain Micron's competitive edge in the market.
  • Mentorship and Development of Others: Mentor and develop others to grow the team and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree with 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Product Engineering experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrating Strong Leadership Skills and Technical Skills, especially in problem solving with root cause understanding and solution space through in-depth circuit analysis.
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
  • Dedicated and highly motivated with a flexible approach towards adapting to different roles in a dynamic working environment.
