Job Title: Retail Food Service Coordinator

Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of restaurant operations to ensure efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. The role involves coordinating strategies and initiatives, collaborating with the Operations Manager to plan menus, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational plans and strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement menu plans that appeal to customers.
  • Assist in managing inventory, estimating food costs, and supervising portion control.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and consistency in preparation and service.
  • Lead the team on each shift and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Partner with management to plan marketing and promotional activities.
  • Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
  • Prepare accurate checks and manage point-of-sale transactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong English language proficiency and ability to communicate in another language.
