Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the entire hiring cycle, including tracking headcount, employee acquisition, and offboarding. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers.

Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters and performance issues. Provide guidance on HR policies to support communication and engagement.

Support staff engagement activities and take minutes for meetings as required. Manage work pass applications and renewals for international hires.

Assist with key HR activities such as performance evaluations and declarations. Participate in HR system testing and process improvement projects.

Provide general HR administrative support as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
