AI Product Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership role for an AI product development director to oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring excellent product market fit and valid value creation.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and scaling enterprise software, preferably with an engineering background before transitioning into product management.
  • A deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications is essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience in agentic enterprise software, cloud, APIs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Combine market research, user research, and data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  2. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
  4. Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.
  5. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
  6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functions between teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
  • Builder at heart: 5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software.
  • Proven track record: Strong experience envisioning, building, and delivering software platforms/products/services to enterprise customers and driving GTM strategy, pricing, adoption, and usage from product conception to delivery.
  • Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
  • Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
