Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for customers within your assigned accounts, connecting them with therapies that advance wellness and prevention of diseases.

You will introduce new and promoted vaccines, as well as innovative digital services, to elevate Health Care Professionals' patient care. This consultative role requires drawing on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer's product portfolio, to ensure customers achieve the solutions they need.

  • Identify and prioritize Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers' business and strategic imperatives.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, adapting based on self-identified opportunities and insights.
  • Effectively build rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and F2F environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Strong customer relationship focus, establishing trusting relationships and navigating complex hospital stakeholder environments.
  • A thorough understanding of the environment and challenges of key Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and act to come back to the business to find solutions to their needs.
  • The ability to convey relevant messages across multiple vaccines and therapy areas.
