Job Title: Construction Project Lead

About the Role:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including owners, authorities, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate work progress.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze project performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain high safety standards, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with at least 8 years leading civil and infrastructure design and construction teams on projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
