Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage patient interactions, medical billing, and administrative tasks in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Deliver exceptional patient experience and assistance, ensuring every visit is comfortable and welcoming.
- Support doctors during consultations, contributing to seamless and efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory efficiently, maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Process corporate and insurance claims, including pre-authorization submissions and letters of guarantee.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor or Clinic Head.
- Certified in Phlebotomy: A minimum of 1+ years' experience in the field is preferred, but we also welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized individuals will thrive in this role.
- Positive Attitude: A self-starter who is proactive and motivated to succeed.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong relationships.
