Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong attention to detail.

  • Job Description: Our Phlebotomy Specialist will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients, ensuring patient identification matches official documents, and adhering to strict pre-blood collection, blood collection, and post-blood collection procedures.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collection of blood specimens from patients
    • Ensure patient identification matches official documents
    • Adhere to strict pre-blood collection, blood collection, and post-blood collection procedures
    • Assist in sorting and labeling blood specimens for lab testing
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
    • Monitor and manage medical supply inventory
    • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
    • Perform other ad-hoc job tasks as assigned by management
    • Requirements:
      • Certificate in Phlebotomy
      • Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on phlebotomy experience
      • Ability to travel and work in outpatient settings
      • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
      • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
      • Ability to commit to 5.5 days per week (including public holidays and weekends)
