Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing automatic doors and related systems.

  • You will carry out schedule and retrofits of automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration.
  • Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works.
  • Testing/commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of automatic doors or similar systems (e.g. lift, access control, gates, shutters, etc.) preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Safety boot is required.
