Job DescriptionThe Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the upkeep of school buildings, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections, and addressing feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Oversee the upkeep of school buildings as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all key systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc)
- Conduct regular inspections, initiate timely repairs, and recommend improvement plans
- Ensure school infrastructure complies with local building code, safety regulations, and MOE Guidelines
- Address feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally
