Job Title: Premier HR Support Specialist

This is a comprehensive role that involves overseeing diverse groups of professionals and managing full HR functions. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, data management, administration, and enforcement of HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess knowledge of payroll, resource management, and corporate social responsibility.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and special projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage white-collar and blue-collar workers
  • Oversight of recruitment, onboarding, leave and training administration, employee benefits management, and general HR operations
  • Maintenance and update of the HR database; preparation of monthly reports and completion of authority survey forms for submission
  • Support across all administrative duties
  • Assistance in organizing company events and participation in CSR activities
  • Contribution to HR initiatives, programs, and special projects
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Receptionist duties when required
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
