Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned License Compliance Director to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional laws.

  • Lead and manage a team of License Compliance Managers to maximize license revenue recovery.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve license compliance and reduce post-settlement issues.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and country managers to contribute to sales pipeline strategy and license compliance requirements.

  • Manage business operations, including budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate settlements and approve non-compliant use documentation.

  • Provide coaching on license compliance engagements and remediation.

  • Contribute to the development of regional initiatives and zone compliance strategy.

  • Participate in relevant meetings and councils, contributing to global initiatives and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior license compliance roles, with at least 8 years of experience.

  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Intellectual Property Law, or Business Administration.

  • Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Familiarity with IP law and general data protection regulations.
