Job Title: Workshop Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Workshop Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling repair work, estimating types of repairs needed, and preparing purchase requests.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule repair work for the workshop
- Estimate types of repairs needed and prepare purchase requests
- Liaise with mechanics for details of work done
- Convey progress of work done to the Workshop Manager
- Pick parts for the workshop if necessary
- Coordinate repair for breakdowns, including after-hours work
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
