**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Research Expert. As a Research Expert, you will be responsible for providing critical support in project coordination and research execution, assisting with research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.

You will utilize cutting-edge tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, you will analyze media and social content for key metrics, conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support strategic insights, and assist with the configuration and optimization of dashboards and automated reporting tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project coordination and research execution
  • Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis
  • Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Interest in data, research, and how AI is transforming the insights space
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you've dabbled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms
  • Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods (qual or quant) is a plus
  • Experience with SPSS, Python, or other analytics tools is a bonus — but not required
