Senior Photolithography Process Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND parts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize lithography processes
- Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions
- Prioritize technology issues that need R&D breakthroughs
- Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering and related field of studies
- Strong aptitude for research and development and ability to create production-worthy technologies
- Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Highly motivated and adaptable to demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
