Senior Photolithography Process Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing photolithography processes and materials that drive innovation and growth in the industry.
- Develop and implement photolithography processes and materials that meet or exceed customer requirements
- Optimize lithography equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose customized process solutions based on customer needs
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues to implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and development reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
- Apply advanced methodologies such as DOE and SPC to enhance process stability and reduce variation
- Make significant contributions to yield and performance of advanced packaging products including 2.5D/3D, TSV, and fan-out technologies
- Participate in equipment evaluation and material selection that affect CapEx and process capability
- Support product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction through process development and stabilization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in photolithography process development
- Strong knowledge of lithography techniques, photoresist chemistry, and exposure systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, MATLAB, Excel)
- Experience with 2.5D/3D, TSV, CoWoS, or fan-out packaging process development is a plus
