Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Welcome guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
  • Inform guests about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, always with a friendly smile.
  • Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling is an advantage.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
